Chunky Bees

Back by popular demand our Chunky Bees are making a return! We will guide you on how to make your Bee and customising your creation.

When finished you will then be able to use our range of slips and underglazes to add detail to your creations. Once fired they will be dipped in a clear glaze to make them shinny and will be ready to collect around 3 weeks after the workshop.

Alternatively you will be given some options of how you would like your pottery finished once fired. We will give you colour options for the finish of your item from our range of finishing glazes. Once your item is painted it will need to be fired for a second time.

This can be discussed/decided on the day of your workshop

Once ready to collect items are held for 4 weeks. Due to space we are unable to store items indefinitely and after this time they will be recycled or re-purposed.

Accessibility Notice

Please note that our clay and glass studio is a working studio. This means that it has a high standing bench and stools. Unfortunately making it unsuitable for wheelchair users or those who cannot stand for extended periods.

Workshops and classes are aimed at adults and suitable for children over the age of 10 years old.
